RISEBA 3D Forum for students, alumni, and guests offers inspiration and concrete examples of how to build a career that unites business, art, and technology. The event strengthens the sense of belonging to RISEBA as a modern and internationally competitive university, while also creating a spirit of community between faculties, disciplines, and lecturers.

Juris Žagars
A prominent figure in Latvian culture and business, embodying the balance between the two worlds. In his talk, he will reveal how artistic thinking has helped him make strategic decisions in business and management, and why creativity is an integral part of leadership.

Professor Dr. oec. Valters Kaže
Topic: “The Art of Leading: How Business Innovations Are Born from Creativity”
Valters will demonstrate how, in just four hours, an idea for a world-class client can emerge—showcasing an innovation process that begins not with Excel spreadsheets, but with creative insights and artistic thinking.

Architect Didzis Jaunzems
An internationally recognised architect who creates space as experience. In his talk, he will show how architecture is not only design but also a strategic process where technology, aesthetics, and functional business come together in one solution.

Honorary Professor Dr. phys. Ivars Godmanis
Topic: “From the Government Table and the Business World to Performing on Stage with Queen”
Through personal stories and unexpected examples, Ivars will demonstrate that leadership is a multifaceted journey, where political, business, and even musical experiences shape a unique perspective on life and management.

Mg. art. Lelde Kovaļova
An inspiring personality—writer and producer of the film “Ķīlnieki” (Hostages)—who has built herself into a recognised brand in Latvia’s cultural and creative scene. Her story proves that women’s leadership, the ability to combine creativity with a pragmatic approach and strategic thinking, is essential for the future of business and society.

Olga Dzene
Topic: “Regardless of the Field – There Is a Leader in Each of Us”
Olga will close the keynote session with a powerful message about inner leadership. She will stress that leadership is not just a position or status—it is an attitude and the ability to influence change, no matter a person’s profession or field.
